Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged upon arrival.
The wrong product was delivered.
The item has a manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

Be unused and unwashed.
Be in their original packaging.
Include all original tags and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Used products
Washed items
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or sale items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or replacement request will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
